Order the products

The CLIENT/USER can place ORDERS on the SITE, by adding the desired PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES to the shopping cart, then finalizing the ORDER by paying through one of the expressly indicated methods. Once added to the shopping cart, a PRODUCT and/or a SERVICE is available for purchase as long as there is stock available for it. Adding a PRODUCT/SERVICE to the shopping cart, without completing the ORDER, does not result in the registration of the ORDER, implicitly nor the automatic reservation of the PRODUCT/SERVICE. By completing the ORDER, the CUSTOMER agrees that all the data provided by him, necessary for the online purchase process, are correct, complete and true on the date of placing the ORDER. By completing the ORDER, the CLIENT agrees that the company ASTER PREMIUM SRL can contact him, by any means available/agreed by ASTER PREMIUM SRL, in any situation in which it is necessary to contact the CLIENT. ASTER PREMIUM SRL can cancel the ORDER made by the CLIENT, following a prior notification addressed to the CLIENT, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
1. non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the CLIENT's card, of the Transaction, in the case of online payment;
2. invalidation of the Transaction by the card processor approved by ASTER PREMIUM SRL, in the case of online payment;
3. the data provided by the CLIENT on the SITE are incomplete and/or incorrect.

Online payment with bank card through EuPlatesc (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard)

In the case of the "Online by bank card" payment option, you will be redirected to the secure page of the payment processor where you will fill in a form with the information about your card.

- Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by the Visa/MasterCard card organizations and which ensures online transactions the same level of security as that achieved at the ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant.
-"3-D Secure" first of all ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the servers of the virtual store.

Important to know! – For payments by bank card, no commission is charged from the card holder!

Payment of products

Payment for products ordered from the website www.asterpremium.ro can be made:
- when delivering the products via the Nemo Express courier company (reimbursement)
– with the card
- with a payment order to account RO53RNCB0032143039550001, opened at Banca Comerciala Romana.
The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made. The bank account in which the advance payment is made is: RO53RNCB0032143039550001, opened at Banca Comerciala Romana.
