RETURN POLICY

Terms and conditions

The return of the products is accepted according to the terms and conditions mentioned below and are in accordance with the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.

The products that are the subject of orders placed online can be returned, without citing any reason, within a period of 14 calendar days starting from the day the consumer takes physical possession of the product.

In the case of legal entities (they do not have the status of a consumer), we reserve the right to accept the return of the products and the establishment of their consideration as a freight advance for future orders or not to comply with the return request.

The cost of transport is borne by the consumer, and in case of return, the round-trip transport fee will be borne by the customer.

 Considering the provisions of the updated law 249/2015, to fulfill the objectives of art. 14 products are returned only in the original packaging. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, in the original packaging, without signs of damage, wear or consumption.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns).

Please check the physical integrity of the parcels when you receive them from the courier company in the presence of the courier and ask for a damage report if the products show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.

The modification of the invoicing data from the natural person to the legal person can be requested within a maximum of 48 hours after taking possession of the products. The settlement term is up to 30 working days. Only invoices that have a receipt issued by the courier company for the legal entity can be modified. The invoices issued at the office are not modified.

If the products to be returned were accompanied by any bonuses, vouchers, these must also be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse parcels not announced in advance in the system, parcels that arrived at us after the deadline mentioned above and we do not make the trip to the courier's headquarters to pick it up.

The conditions regarding the returned product

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased or delivered. It is necessary for the returned product to have all the components, accessories and any gifts that came with the purchase, including user manuals or warranty certificates.

Only non-food products (such as coffee machines) that have not been used or used in any way can be returned. Food items cannot be returned, according to the law: Government Ordinance 130/2000, Art. 12. The provisions of art. 3-4, of art. 7-10 and of art. 11:

Refund conditions

If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the account, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products by us.

The amount related to the return is reimbursed in a valid bank account (in lei) opened in the name of the invoice holder.

In cases where the returned products show damage or are incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to withhold an amount from the value of the product (value with VAT), the amount which will be communicated after the damage assessment.

Only the value of the products without the initial delivery costs will be returned.

Return procedure

  1. Download from here the return form, fill it out and send it to the email address contact@asterpremium.ro with the subject "Return order no.xxx (order number)".
  2. Wait to be contacted by our team to find out if you meet the return conditions.
  3. If you have received confirmation that you meet the return conditions, please send the properly packaged products via a courier company without refund at the address of General Gheorghe Mardarescu no. 19, Oradea, Bihor county. The shipping fee will be borne by you. Careful! We do not pick up parcels with cash on delivery or with a transport fee to the recipient. The package must contain:
  • The product/products in their original state
  • Fiscal bill
  • Warranty certificate
  • Bonuses
  1. Write down the return request number on the waybill (AWB) and send the AWB number, the courier company with which you sent the products and the return number to the e-mail address contact@asterpremium.ro. Careful! Parcels that did not pass the number of the return request on AWB, those that we were not notified that they were sent, will not be received!
  2. After the products have reached us and have been checked, you will be contacted regarding the development and completion of this procedure.

We recommend you to use the fast courier services, which allow the tracking of the package. We are not responsible for parcels that were poorly packed, lost or damaged by the express courier service during transport to us.
