Costadoro uses a blend of the best varieties from Central and South America for this decaffeinated coffee, as for all other varieties. To combine the optimal properties of each type of bean into a perfect coffee, each one is roasted separately and in small batches at a uniform temperature and slowly with the optimal degree of roasting in the rotating drum.

Each variety contributes to the optimization of the taste, for example, one variety for fullness, aromas, perfect acidity, another for fruit notes, body, volume or spice and persistence.

Only after roasting and cooling, the varieties are put together to form a perfect blend. The effort is significantly higher, but the result is a pleasure.
