Pellini Decaffeinato promises a fine, elegant taste without bitter substances. There is no difference in volume and body, as the selection and preparation for Decaffeinato in Italian espresso is much more careful than for normal blends.

Through the double washing method, all fermentation substances are extracted from the raw material before the actual roasting, so that only the best raw materials end up in the roasting drum.

Similar to Pellini Top, here a selection of the best Arabica beans from different countries are used, which harmonize perfectly with each other.

As a result, Pellini Decaffeinato presents itself with a wonderful fullness and broad and deep aromas, on the other hand with a vaguely perceptible acidity, which make it possible to enjoy this coffee without milk and sugar.

A natural decaffeination process is carried out for this blend. Caffeine is selectively extracted from coffee beans. Only carbon dioxide is used in the process and this helps to preserve the flavor which is extremely intense.
