Pellini Gran Aroma is a new 100% Arabica blend with carefully selected beans from South and Central America. Only premium beans are selected for Gran Aroma, as any breakage is resolved during cleaning. This also includes the selection of large beans, which have a characteristically aromatic and full-bodied taste.

WET PROCESSED
The raw beans are wet-processed before roasting to refine the flavor and bring out the characteristics better. This gives sensory nuances of chocolate and honey when the coffee is brewed as an espresso. In classic Pellini fashion, the beans are completed with a light roasting in the drum raspberry, which is done individually for each type of bean. After roasting, the individual varieties rest separately before being refined into this blend.

Pellini's careful production process: slow roasting that varies according to the bean variety for a noble variety of flavors with a full-bodied taste.
