Pellini Gusto Bar Gran Aroma N.3 is a new composition 100% Arabica with carefully selected grains from South and Central America.

Only premium grains are selected as any breakage is resolved during cleaning. This also includes the selection of large beans, which have a characteristically aromatic and full-bodied taste.

WET PROCESSED

The raw bean is prepared wet before roasting to refine the flavor and bring out the characteristics better. This promotes sensory nuances of chocolate and honey when brewed as espresso.

In classic Pellini fashion, the bean is completed with a light drum roast, which is done individually for each type of bean. After roasting, the individual varieties rest separately before being refined into this blend.
