Traditional Coffee no. 42 consists of 60% Arabica beans and 40% Robusta beans.
The aroma is intense and very special due to its spicy note.
Due to the coarser grind, this coffee is perfect for mochas.
In terms of taste, Traditional no. 42 is characterized by aromas of malt and chocolate.
SLOPED BY HAND
The coffee beans are manually roasted in the rotating drum, thus removing the bitter substances from the beans and resulting in a very mild coffee.
This type of roasting allows the flavors to develop perfectly and remain intense.
