Pellini Top Decaffeinato is a blend of 100% Arabica beans from Central and South America. The coffee is mild and very harmonious.

Slow roasting enhances its well-balanced intensity.

THE DECAFFEINIZATION PROCESS

Caffeine is extracted from the coffee beans in a selective way using carbon dioxide, a natural element also present in the air we breathe, thus leaving the aromatic profile of the coffee unchanged.

The CO2 decaffeination process is gentle, chemical-free, with the beans being decaffeinated using steam and pressure.

Through the double washed method, all fermentation substances are extracted from the raw material before the actual roasting, so that only the best raw materials end up in the roasting drum.

The beans are roasted slowly and by hand in the rotating drum, which allows the flavors to develop perfectly and remain intense.
