Pellini Vivace n°82 delights you with light notes of malt and smoke, as well as a strong and balanced body. Finally, a light note of fruit gives a pleasant taste. It is a mixture of 80% Arabica coffee and 20% Robusta coffee.

This full-bodied blend of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta beans delivers a spicy, full-bodied taste. Due to the high proportion of Robusta, this espresso has a dense, hazelnut-colored crema.
For this espresso bar blend, the coffee beans are roasted in a convection process. It is a typical Italian espresso, whose flavor bursts with intensity.
Pellini Vivace n°82 beans are suitable for brewing in portafilter coffee machines as well as in fully automatic machines. They are also suitable for preparing espresso, but they are also excellent for coffee specialties such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.
