Origin and roasting

As with all high-quality coffees, Pellini TOP 100% Arabica coffee depends on the correct selection of Arabica coffee beans.

Four different Arabica coffees, eight different Arabica bean varieties are used in the Pellini Top coffee blend.

The roasting is slow, gentle and perfectly combines the components of the flavors. The controlled temperature almost completely eliminates the bitter acid values from the Arabica coffee beans.

The cream of this mixture is compact and velvety. In the espresso extraction mode, the hazel brown color and light reddish streaks in the crema attest to the high quality Arabica 100% coffee used.
